When too much tooth structure is lost, inlays/onlays are the next option. This process requires up to two dental visits.

First is to check the damage tooth and prepare it before applying an inlay/onlay. Dental plaques will be removed and a molded impression will be taken. The next thing we will do is to fabricate an inlay/onlay from the molded impression in our dental laboratory. We will place a temporary inlay/onlay on your damage teeth while we are fabricating the ones that will be place in your tooth on your second visit.

The next dental appointment is to bond the inlay/onlay into your tooth after removing the temporary inlays/onlays. We make sure that the margins are proportional and ensure that there is no problem with your bite.
